After being away from here for a number of years I have returned having gained an interest in creating imagery utilising AI. I must admit I wasn't fully aware of how the various AI's out there work to create the 'art' they are asked to, but have since educated myself and found out exactly how they do work. Primarily I did this after seeing a number of what I can only call vitriolic opinionated comments regarding the subject on this site, the level of which I have not seen elsewhere. Such toxic nonsense that is (in many cases but not all) coming from a place of ignorance and in a few cases just merely bandwagon jumping. I understand the pushback against AI datasets being used without credit or compensation but on this site you have the opportunity to negate that with the tools provided, you can have every piece of art you create withheld from dataset scraping.
